  • You fail to make required payments
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We determine termination is necessary to protect our interests

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, or government actions.
